We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

SG Arrivals is a free web application that provides:

• Real-time MRT train estimated arrival times based on published SMRT and SBS Transit schedules
• Live bus arrival information sourced from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) DataMall API
• Flight arrival and departure information for Changi Airport (SIN)
• Journey planning and fare calculation tools
• Push notifications for last train alerts and commute departure reminders
• Weather information from the National Environment Agency (NEA)

The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

SG Arrivals aggregates data from third-party sources including LTA DataMall, SMRT, SBS Transit, NEA, and AeroDataBox. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

Train timing estimates are calculated based on published schedules and may differ from actual arrival times due to service disruptions, delays, or schedule changes. Bus arrival times are provided in real-time by LTA but may be subject to network delays.

You should always verify critical travel information with official sources before making travel decisions.

You agree to use SG Arrivals only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to access, scrape, or harvest data from the service in bulk or through automated means without prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

The SG Arrivals name, logo, design, and original content (including the Singapore Public Transport Guide) are the property of SG Arrivals and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Transit data displayed in the app is sourced from LTA DataMall, SMRT, SBS Transit, NEA, and other third parties under their respective terms and licences. SG Arrivals does not claim ownership of this data.

SG Arrivals displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These advertisements are provided by third parties and SG Arrivals does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of any advertisement displayed on the service.

Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalised advertisements. You can manage your ad personalisation preferences at adssettings.google.com.

SG Arrivals is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The information displayed will be accurate, complete, or current
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SG Arrivals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed trains, buses, or flights resulting from inaccurate information displayed by the service.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
